Open Doors 2012

Open Doors 2012 provides a great opportunity for locals and visitors to see some of Tasmania’s fascinating historic heritage.

Many of the 10 sites in the Open Doors 2012 program display great innovation, whether they are historic sites which have found new uses, or are shining examples of technical achievement.

Each place is open free of charge, but for many sites, bookings are essential.

This is the fifth Open Doors program. Forty-seven doors have been opened to the public since this unique program began in 2008. It is organised by Heritage Tasmania in collaboration with its event partners. Heritage Tasmania thanks each of its event partners for their involvement.
